Dane County's Easter Egg Hunt 2026 presented by Life Church Dane County

We want to celebrate spring and we want to serve our community with this FREE community event happening Saturday April 5th, 1-2pm at Sheehan Park. The times will be separated by different age groups to ensure safety and maximum fun. Below is the sign up and waiver form as well needed to participate. All your child(ren) need is a basket to collect the eggs, and we will take care of the rest. If you are looking to volunteer, please send us an email at alwyn@lifedane.org.

Injury Risk *

he risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, including the potential for injury and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist.

Photo Release *

I hereby grant Life Church Dane County permission to use my likeness and my child's likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.

I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of Life Church Dane County and will not be returned.

I hereby irrevocably authorize Life Church Dane County to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.

I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Life Church Dane County from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
